Sarah Patel, PA-C
Lead Injector + Managing Partner
Sarah is a native Chicagoan. She began her career as a clinical dietitian with a focus in nutrition support. As a result of her experience working in the surgical ICU, at the age of 30 she moved to North Carolina to begin her graduate training to become a physician assistant. She graduated at the top of her class in 2013 and practiced adult & pediatric neurosurgery, before moving back to Chicago in 2015. She worked at Northwestern specializing in neurointerventional radiology before making the transition into aesthetics in 2016.
Sarah has performed tens of thousands of injectable treatments in her career and has also been previously been trainer for novice injectors entering the field. She loves combining hands-on procedures, the analytic aspect of medicine, and the art of aesthetics to provide the utmost level of care for all of her patients. She develops strong connections with her patients and enjoys being able to see their aesthetic needs evolve as they move through different stages of their lives.

Suzanne Amaro, FNP-C
Aesthetic Injector
Suzanne is a board certified family nurse practitioner through The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is a native Texan and misses her Texas barbecue! She moved with her family to Chicago in 2015 and has quickly called it her new home. Graduating from nursing school as a RN in 2005, Suzanne went on to earn her Masters in Nursing and ultimately earned her certification in family practice as a Nurse Practitioner. She spent most of her early career in the emergency department and found her passion in the aesthetics and wellness industry in 2018. Suzanne has a passion for wellness medicine which includes optimizing hormone levels, weight loss management and injectable treatments. She has taken countless hours of continuing education in the aesthetics field and continues to be passionate about learning. She loves meeting new patients, listening to their concerns and developing a plan that meets their goals. “I love nothing more than to see the joy on my patient’s face when I’ve given them a boost of confidence without altering their natural appearance.”

Crystal Medina, FNP-BC
Aesthetic Injector
Crystal is a Chicago native. Prior to aesthetics she practiced emergency medicine/urgent care. Crystal loves a challenging work environment, performing procedures and thinking critically. She has been intrigued by aesthetic medicine for a long time. Her aesthetic philosophy is to maintain a conservative approach to enhance your natural appearance. Her favorite part of being an injector is helping people feel strong and confident. “Aesthetics isn’t about changing the way we look, it’s about feeling your best!”

Jasmyne Gooden

Jasmyne is our newest Aesthetic Liaison and EMSCULPT technician. A recent graduate of the Aesthetics program at G Skin & Beauty Institute, she offers a wealth of knowledge in regards to skin care, health and wellness. With years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry Jasmyne provides an amazing customer experience in an efficient and effective manner. Fitness is a huge part of Jasmyne’s life and she loves the muscle toning effects of EMSCULPT. Passionate about helping others look and feel their best, she loves seeing the powerful results EMSCULPT provides patients and the immediate confidence they gain when they look and feel their best!

Baylie Keim
Operations Manager
Baylie joined the Opulence Chicago team in February 2023 bringing with her 10+ years of experience working in the esthetics industry. After studying Business Management and moving to Chicago, Baylie received her esthetics license from G Skin Institute. As she has progressed in her career, she's used her love of business with her love of the esthetic industry to offer an unique perspective in the medspa space.
Baylie’s passion for the industry is rooted in a client centered approach. She strives to curate a welcoming and unique client experience through a professional and passionate team. Her overall goal is leading a team that will educate their patients on products and treatments that will help them achieve their individual skin goals. However her daily goal is to have patients walk out of an appointment with a smile on their face and a thorough understanding of their treatment plan. She truly believes this is one of the most important aspects of delivering results and realistic expectations to patients.

Anthony Papagikos
Owner/President of Opulence Chicago
Anthony Papagikos brings his passion for hair restoration and business acumen to the space. In early 2023 he implemented our cutting-edge hair restoration technology and continues to collaborate with the leading industry experts to offer our clients a customized hair restoration experience that you can’t find anywhere besides Opulence Chicago.
His work prior to Opulence Chicago was focused primarily in the diagnostics and biotech space, allowing him to secure exclusive contracts in the realm of medical distribution. Anthony has been able to use this business development experience to travel and source the best aesthetic equipment, highest caliber providers, and state-of-the-art technology. As a result, he now provides Opulence patients with results-driven, effective services.
